Steinmeier Farms is a welcoming neighborhood of 104 homes located in Washington Township within Marion County in Indianapolis, Indiana. It is a lovely community of neighbors with well-maintained 1960's and 1970's era homes, sidewalks, and mature trees.

The neighborhood is located between Dean Road and Allisonville Road, just north of 71st Street and conveniently located just south of I-465 and the Castleton and Keystone malls with a short trip to Broad Ripple and Downtown Indianapolis. Locally and nationally recognized public and private schools, churches, sports clubs and pools are all nearby.  

Inexpensive annual dues set by the board at $50 per year pay for snow removal, entrance landscaping and maintenance, social events and more. There are many activities throughout the year including a spring egg hunt, a progressive dinner, a Halloween party, and holiday caroling.
